We’ve been shipping to the U.S. for over 10 years without any issues, and had known about these new, cumulative tariffs and brokerage fees in advance, we absolutely would have shared that information before checkout. Unfortunately, the sudden changes, which are outside our control, caught everyone by surprise — including UPS — and shipments have been affected while customs determines the new fee structures.
We truly value our U.S. customers and are actively working with our shipping partners to better understand and minimize these unexpected charges going forward. We have paused all shipments to the US and hope to return serving you in the future.
