The lid doesn’t stay closed on this container. I have two Dalcini snack containers which close tightly but this lid doesn’t. Contacted the company and they tried to tell me it was a user problem and I must be filling it too full or putting it in a loose bag where it gets tossed around 🙄. I have to put an elastic band around it to keep it closed. Wanted to support this company but can’t anymore.
Looks great but the lid doesn’t stay closed. I have one of the smaller containers and it closes well. I bought the sandwich square and the 2 piece lunch set. Both of the bigger containers don’t stay closed but the small one closes tight. Wanted to love it and support this company but I think the design needs a bit of work to ensure containers stay closed.
Hi Cheryl, The lids of the larger containers should close snug just like the smaller ones. Please contact us at email@example.com and we'll investigate further. The lids absolutely should have a snug fit to be useful!
The sandwich square is perfect for holding exactly what its name suggests: sandwiches! But it's far from a one trick pony, because you can really store any leftovers or foods in this beauty. It's also nice to have such a sharp, sleek looking container around the kitchen, as the old plastic ones I usually deal with are quite dull and much less sturdy! Would definitely recommend!
Obviously being medal, they are noisy.
But the bother is the container doesn’t stay closed well. It would be nice if a model was made with a clasp or indentation to to keep your sandwich lid from popping open in your bag!
Thank you for the nice sandwich box!
