Refund Policy

30-day Refund Policy:

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it within 30 days of purchase

To initiate a return:

1.  Pack items in their original packaging, preferably returned in the same shipping box
2.  Send returned items to:

*The customer pays return shipping,  

*Shipment MUST include tracking with a major carrier

3.  E-mail your tracking number to  cs@dalcinistainless.com with your order number in the Subject Line, along with proof of purchase
4.  Once the items are received in good condition, a refund for the purchase price will be returned to the original method of payment.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. Please check with your bank first, as there is often a delay before a refund is posted to the account. 
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at cs@dalcinistainless.com.

Exchanges 
We only replace items that are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at cs@dalcinistainless.com along with images showing any damage.
