Important Update for Our U.S. Customers

On August 31st, the U.S. government announced changes to duties and tariffs for goods entering the country. Until that date, U.S. customers enjoyed a simple system:

• Purchases under $800 were exempt from duties and taxes.

• Purchases over $800 were subject to a 2% duty.

This made shopping straightforward and affordable.

Unfortunately, since the US Administration announced the new rules, things have become unclear and unpredictable. We’ve seen U.S. Customs applying charges in ways we cannot understand or anticipate. For some customers, the duties and tariffs being added are nearly equal to the original purchase price—in effect, doubling the cost of their order.

We want to be completely transparent:

• These charges are not set or collected by us.

• They are calculated and collected by U.S. Customs, entirely outside our control.

• We cannot predict them or protect you from them.

Because these extra costs make shopping with us unfair for our American customers, we have made the difficult decision to pause all shipments to the United States until further notice.

We deeply value our U.S. customers and know this is disappointing news. We hope that in time, there will be clarity, fairness, and transparency in trade rules allowing us to serve you again. Until then, we do not want you to be burdened with surprise fees that make our products inaccessible.
