Nothing is ever as perfect as you can imagine it.

Regardless of where it was designed, the water bottle I purchased is poorly manufactured. The lid rusted immediately after the first wash at the seam where the steel is welded. Reached out in terms of how to purchase a replacement lid, received no response. Sadly we live in a world where literally everything is garbage.

fine product, terrible customer service

It is impossible to get in touch with the customer service team. I had a simple question about the product that arrived as there were burrs on the metal. I tried multiple different ways to get in touch and have not been able to. I was willing to pay more to support a canadian business, but apparently the price and locality does not mean better service.
