Amazing lunch boxes

I have been slowly replacing all our containers with these. Even after a few years of use, the oldest containers are in great condition.

Great but leaks even for slightly wet food

I was delighted to finally receive these beautiful lunch boxes and to have invested in a no plastic option. However this came at another cost. Even though I did not put any liquid inside, the boxes leaked and made my lunchbox wet and smelly from my food. It was cherry tomatoes with tiny mozzarella balls. I love the product, but I'm disappointed that it doesn't really seal your food even when it's just wet and I'm scared to even try to put something else that's not absolutely dry inside. That gives me very few lunch options in the end... sandwiches and wraps 😅 wish it closed more tighlty!

Hard to Clean

The ridges on both parts of the box are attractive, but hard to clean. The inside counterparts which dip out are narrow, and to get them clean, i could not use a sponge; a toothbrush did work..I would recommend doing away with the decorative ridges, and make the boxes smooth..

Yes. They're made easy to open for kids at school, but still with a tight seal.

  • Oven: Yes, up to 450 degrees.
  • Microwave: No. Metal products should never go in the microwave.

Note: Our stainless steel products heat up rapidly. So we recommend reducing the oven temperature compared to reheating in glass or ceramic.

Not 100%. The containers have a tight seal, however, they are not designed for liquids such as soup.

When using thicker contents such as yogurt, we recommend using lunch bags that hold the contents upright to minimize any risk of a leak.

Yes! With DALCINI™ Stainless, there is no risk of absorption of foods. Once the containers are washed, they are sanitized. So no risk of cross-contamination between foods.

No. Our containers are made of 100% stainless steel. The metallic taste comes from aluminum or when stainless steel is mixed with aluminum.
