Defective Item

I ordered the 10 piece set, however the circle trio box is impossible to open. I have tried everything to open it and am unable to. I have emailed customer support and haven’t heard anything.

All stainless steel, high quality, gorgeous!

After loosing some old stainless snack containers, I was on a search for fully stainless snack containers, and it seems most other companies have now moved over to a stainless/silicone combo. I ordered three containers of the old brand I had lost (after owning for 10 years) and 2/3 of the containers rusted immediately. I kept searching and found these Dalcini containers, and decided to jump in a get a whole set. They are amazing! I was nervous washing them after my prior other-brand experience but they washed perfectly. They are gorgeous, we all feel indulgent now with our packed lunches and snacks. I'm so appreciative for a healthy snack (and lunch) option! I hope you stick to all stainless! Thank you!

FAQs

Yes. They're made easy to open for kids at school, but still with a tight seal.

  • Oven: Yes, up to 450 degrees.
  • Microwave: No. Metal products should never go in the microwave.

Note: Our stainless steel products heat up rapidly. So we recommend reducing the oven temperature compared to reheating in glass or ceramic.

Not 100%. The containers have a tight seal, however, they are not designed for liquids such as soup.

When using thicker contents such as yogurt, we recommend using lunch bags that hold the contents upright to minimize any risk of a leak.

Yes! With DALCINI™ Stainless, there is no risk of absorption of foods. Once the containers are washed, they are sanitized. So no risk of cross-contamination between foods.

No. Our containers are made of 100% stainless steel. The metallic taste comes from aluminum or when stainless steel is mixed with aluminum.
